Online Class Descriptions
According to ancient Vedic texts, ‘the only way to attain a soul refinement is to purify the physical body to facilitate spiritual growth and longevity.’ The Subtle Body of Yoga is an exploration of energetic layers beyond the physical. Through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation practices we can explore the depths of ourselves beyond physicality; clearing any stuck or stagnant energy that may be holding us back. Ancient teachings such as The Koshas, Chakras, Vayus, Bandas, and Nadis will be simplified to deepen your yoga practice, and hopefully draw you closer to the connection with yourself and all that is.
Tuesday: “Easy Does It” These gentle yoga classes are filled with soft and mindful movements that provide a deep sense of restoration, depth, and inner calm.
Thursday: “Slow Vinyasa for All Levels” Students should expect a stronger class that is slower paced, more challenging postures, and longer holds to allow more space and awareness.
What to bring to class?
Yourself & your mat. And any props to support your practice further (ie. blocks, strap, blankets, bolster, chair ) Background music or incense may be nice, if that is your style.

What if I am a beginner and new to yoga?
I love teaching beginners! Please attend with an open heart and do what you can. As I recommend with any of my classes, always come as you are. It doesn’t matter if you are the most advanced yogi out there, or have never stepped foot on a yoga mat. Modify anything that doesn’t work for your body. Omit anything that doesn’t nurture yourself. It’s called a practice, not a perfection. Each day is different. You may surprise yourself! Or just book a private, I will sequence everything for your body specifically.
